Our service plan was to maintain our home every 3 months. My home became infested. One morning I woke up with 15 dead millipedes in my living room. I called GreenStar. They sent someone out on my normal schedule a week later.

They forged my signature. When I cancelled my service they charged me $125 for cancellation. They came to my house only 2 times for Pest Control and I was not happy with the results. Do not use them at all.

This company has it right when it comes to service. From calling me well in advance of my spray, to their guys knowing what they are talking about and really seeming to enjoy their job. The price might be a bit high, but it's worth it to me.
