"VThis place is AWFUL! they require a "deposit" which should be the first red flag. They don't believe enough in their own photography that they have to force money out of you before you even see the photos. I received my proofs and in EVERY PHOTO that I somewhat liked (where it wasn't take at such a weird disproportionate angle) i'm missing a body part. An arm in one, a hand in a another, a foot in another. So I e-mail them 2 WEEKS AGO to bring up my concerns with them. No response. Follow up a few days later. No response. Follow up AGAIN, i get an email that the owner will call me later that day. Never a call. That was a week ago so today I CALLED got a voicemail on a cell phone because when i called their studio line i was informed their magic jack line had not been set up yet. Left another e-mail and doubt I'll hear back. So i'm left with $35 worth of photographs that a toddler could frame better. Anyone who has ever owned a point and shoot camera can take better pictures than these people. I was willing to just let it go and ask for my deposit back but the abysmal customer service (i mean it's not really even customer service if you never speak to anyone is it?) has really made me angry Save your money and avoid a headache and just stay FAR FAR AWAY. The work on their website looks great, they must be stock photos. "
