Positive:  the Manager was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The overall experience was what we had hoped for. Negative: I would have to say the only downside was upon arrival and going to the room they did have some plumbing issues.

The rooms are nice and big and the air conditioning is cold but this hotel is disappointing overall. They didn't have all our rooms ready at check in. The four pieces of workout equipment in the "gym" barely work or don't work at all. Various furnishings in the room are falling apart or need to be repaired. I had to slam the door to my room closed really hard to even make it lock. They did offer a hot breakfast and the staff is nice, but I would not want to stay here again.

I stayed here with my family for 2 weeks and loved the stay here . I feel safe and the hotel very organised . We need to plan housekeeping a day advance, keep a note of that .The laundry at the place is paid . Pools are clean . Parking area is also good and huge . Accessible to HEB and Walmart . Pantry and kitchen are good . Lot of storage space .

It's a home away from home. Super friendly staff, and very helpful. Peaceful, clean and homely atmosphere, best Hotel I have ever lived in. The manager Mr Robert Cantu goes out of his way to make sure you have the most pleasant stay. The front desk is amazing Novemberly,April,Shei,Jennifer and Marc will answer any questions and assist no matter how big or small of a matter.Hands down and two thumbs up you guys rock.Big Thanks for the Hospitality.

Me and my husband, along with our 3 dogs have been staying here since September, and it's been nothing but awesome! We have a 1 bedroom suite and it is quite comfortable and cozy and suits our needs very well.

Most mornings I go down and have breakfast and Jennifer is just awesome! She is very helpful and courteous and you can tell she takes pride in her job. Each station (cereals, pastries, coffee, milk, and fruits) is well prepped and always clean. The food she serves is always hot and fresh and the variety is great! I love the eggs, sausage patties, mini Belgian waffles, criss cut fries, and potato hash they serve amongst other goodies. I also love the biscuits and gravy too, delicious!

Being that my husband is at work at Lackland AFB most of the morning, it's nice to talk stories with Jennifer and the morning staff who are always so welcoming and a joy to see. Novemberly and April are apart of that staff and they all make it feel like you're at home. Very sweet and professional! Housekeeping is very nice and accommodating when you need things for the room and Robert, who is the Manager, is awesome at making sure each guest is enjoying their stay.

A few weeks back there was a water leak and Robert stopped by our room one day and gave us a bag of goodies and thanked us for our understanding of the situation. I let him know that he didn't need to do that and we understood things like that can happen. It didn't bother us at all, but just the fact that he went out of his way to show he cared about us and the other guests at a time like that just made staying here feel that much better.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay at, and if we are ever in the area again we will be sure to stay here again as well. We've been to two other hotels in the area and this one was by far the best! Great staff, great location, and dog friendly too!

Staff are awesome. Jennifer, November and april they always take care of our group. They start our morning with smile.

Water came into my room from the rain my first might. Construction on my floor and several others. The hotel is mot in the best area of San Antonio.
