Just after 8 months my son's PE teacher congratulated us for Bryan's progress. Before being enrolled in the Karate Plus Martial Arts Personal Development Center my son could only do ONE pull up in the PE test. After 8 months in the program my son did ELEVEN pull ups and was number 2 in his class!!!!! Not only his physical condition has improved. My son was'nt bad but needed some type of structure besides T.V,Computer,Play Station,and nothing to really teach you values, was'nt my idea of stucture.
