"I was harrassed by their employees. I waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes for a pizza and called three times to see what was up and it kept going to a personal cell phone so I left a message and canceled the order. The employee called me back and told me I was rude for canceling and that I made them waste money by making the pizza and trying to deliver it. I told them that they needed to learn to get pizzas to people faster because I'm not spending my whole day on a pizza. He said you go into a restaurant and spend two hours but you can't wait one hour for a pizza. I said not when your competitiors can have it to me in under 30 mins. He then said I was a bad person for not understanding that their driver was stuck in traffic for an hour. I said that isn't my problem had you answered the phone when I called maybe I wouldn't have canceled the order. And why would I want a cold pizza? He then offered me a free pizza and I said no thank you. There are plenty of other pizza places that I would rather try. He then said what kind of person are you that you don't give people second chances and he said this with a raised, rude voice. I said I am hanging up now and if you call back I will contact the police and press harrasment charges. (We got disconnected early in the conversation and he called back three times so I finally answered the phone). "
