Budd Baer Subaru

I drive past one Subaru dealership just 5 minutes from my house to get to Budd Baer Subaru dealership 30 minutes from my house because of their excellent customer service and maintenance work that they provide! They always take the time to answer my questions and keep me informed and updated regarding the work being done to my (3rd) Forester. I appreciate their professionalism!

2010 Cadillac DTS Black : Sales department with Daniel was so comfortable as he was so patient with me being disabled, he helped with my wheel chair during the test drive. He was easy and quick with the trade and purchase .
I was very happy to talk & deal with someone who was diligent and courteous in his job.

I took my 2015 WRX with perfect maintenance records to Bud Bear for a simple Wheel Bearing Change. What I got back was a scratched up car with a blown motor and a text message asking for $16,826.11 for them to fix it!! I've never had any engine issues and showed them I have never missed an oil change and all other normal maintenance was done on the car. They told me that "Engines are like light switches, sometimes when you flip the switch and they don't come one" What a joke, avoid this place!!

Mr. Freda, we are sorry to hear about the unfortunate issues with your motor! we have discussed this at great lengths and without the maintenance records Subaru denied coverage of this engine. Please remember, all we do is sell and fix vehicles for the manufacturers, we do not build them nor do we warrant them. We know that you went back and forth with Subaru for a while and they sent a third party adjuster out and they denied the claim do to lack of maintenance record as well. We are sorry to hear that your engine is blown- please remember the rest of the story before dismissing us- we went above and beyond with Subaru trying to get them to help you out. Good Luck in the future we hope that you have had your car replaced or fixed since you picked it up 6 months or so ago.

I recently bought a car from Budd Baer. The people here are very friendly and patient. I have a pleasant buying experience overall. My salesman is Jan. He is very meticulous in explaining vehicles. His manager and he always care about the customers! Although the title of the car had not arrived on the day of my purchase, we finally found a way to solve it. I am satisfied with the car I bought, and the car is in very good condition.

Just purchased our second vehicle from Budd Baer and everyone from courtesy shuttle driver to sales and service has been pleasant and welcoming. The service and support has been good as well. I hope that the attentiveness and quality continues through the years. They seem to try to create a sense of family with the customers and that is good. Keep up the good work Budd Baer because you must continuously work to keep good ratings.

I did not end up purchasing a car here but the service was stellar and it was nice to get some transparency out of a car dealer for a change. Thanks to both Ashley and Dan for keeping me informed and doing what they could to make the process easy on me.
