"After the first 4 weeks, I knew I hadn't lost that much weight,(4 pounds), but I also knew that my clothes were fitting much better! That was what I was hoping to achieve. I enjoy the early morning classes and even though I don't always keep up with the others, it has motivated me to continue to see what I can do with more. Even though I wasn't obese, I knew I needed to lose some weight and definitely needed to, "tone up some." You were my last hope. I came across your ad by accident a while ago and initially felt a little intimidated. I made up my mind to go for it. I am so glad I did. The inches and percentages I did lose was a huge accomplishment for me and has inspired me to keep it up. I do feel better and am looking forward to the future. "

"I have met with Kelly 3 times. All three times I have learned so much! The third time I took my 17 year old daughter who is a new vegetarian, is naturally thin and doesn't exercise or play sports. Kelly took a lot of time going over my daughter's diet to make sure she was eating the right foods to stay healthy. She also explained the importance of building muscle. Kelly was very prepared with pre-printed material on diet and exercises customized for my daughter. I have been very impressed and thankful to have found Kelly. She is likable, motivating, knowledgeable and fun. A perfect blend!"

"I've been "working out" for 38 years and have a tendency to be drawn outside, but Kelly's class is worth coming inside for. She changes things around so you are never bored and always challenged. Even though her classes are challenging she always gives options to modify the workout so even a beginner can attend her classes and be motivated to come back for more. It is extremely fun,informative and rewarding to be a participant in the classes that Kelly offers and the people I've met are amazingly friendly. Must be endorphins!!! "

"Kelly's classes are amazing - never the same thing twice. I take classes twice a week and we are never bored with the same exercises. Kelly is very informative and educational. " I've been taking the classes here for a few months & I notice muscles I thought were lost forever!! "I used to teach aerobics and run regularly, but the childbearing years did a number on my body and I recently had to have hip surgery. I went to Kelly's classes before the surgery to be as strong as I could be for the surgery, and am now back to her classes and regaining my strength and pre-surgery fitness level. Kelly is an excellent instructor and I have stronger abs and a stronger body than I have had in years!"

"I got Kelly's name through a friend of mine several years ago. I started working out with her than and have been for a few years. She offers classes that are never boring and high energy! She also offers bootcamps as well. Definantly the best workouts I have ever had by any one person. I would highly recommend her if you are a beginner or just bored at you gym. "As am homeschooling mom of six, it is always a challenge to find time to exercise, but Kelly's short, but intense workouts have been an answer to my prayer about getting my body back into shape without sacrificng too much time away from my family. I've lost over 30 lbs in less than a year through Kelly's classes and nutrition advice while only spending 20-45 minutes exercising a WEEK!.
