I have been in the private practice of psychotherapy for over 30 years. Although I provide general psychotherapy, my practice is specialized in the treatment of depression, anxiety and panic disorders, PTSD, trauma, phobias and relationship and sex therapy. I am also a certified sex therapist and have specialized in the treatment of relationship and sex therapy for over 30 years. The types of therapy I provide include general psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior therapy, relationship and sex therapy and DBT.
I am a preferred provider for a number of major insurance plans and panels. I provide a brief initial no-charge phone consultation for people considering therapy.
