"Do not go to this guy (he is the contractor and FFP is his business) for restaurant planning!!! We worked with him to redesign our restaurant 2 years ago and paid him in full. However, the electricians and plumbers are now coming after us to get paid because he has still not paid them and is not answering their calls. He did poor quality work and was about 6 months behind schedule. To make more money on his part, he installed the tilework throughout our kitchen by himself which has lead to cracking and uneven tiling which makes it difficult to clean. Please do not trust Bill Miller!!! He will only take your money and do poor work."
