"I found Fink's when the handle on my TravelPro rolling hang-up self-destructed during a trip to Portland. Because it stuck in the open position, I could have neither checked nor carried it on for my trip home. The fine people at this family-run business got the piece repaired in plenty of time for me to re-pack and make my flight home, only a few days later. VERY high marks for service and responsiveness. HIGHLY recommended!"
