"How does the counter guy get away with being so snobby? Do people think that's ok because he is somehow an "expert"? His job is to talk to people and get them to do business with the store. How does he expect to even know what they can offer if he doesn't even let them get a sentence out without interrupting? I have seen 3-year-olds that interrupt less than he did. Plus the toys in this shop are really overpriced. I'm guessing people from the trendy areas around the store wander in and buy one or two toys because they remember them. But without repeat customers this store probably won't stay afloat long. At least if they keep treating customers like they are idiots they won't."
