The dealership was kind, courteous & handled my repair issues promptly! I had contacted 8 different dealers all over California & Oregon who essentially laughed me off the phone when I told them my problem & asked for help resolving it while I was traveling. Every dealership I spoke to said it would be a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks before they could help me. Lithia Grants Pass got me in 4 days & problem solved within 3hrs of receiving my Ram 2500.Report
