I came in to check out a 4 Runner for sale with an appointment set, and when I arrived they had just sold the vehicle. I totally understand, first one gets the purchase.

Where I became frustrated was after. I was taken to the side with a sales associate, explaining what exactly I am looking for to possibly purchase the next available match. He had me sit down to take my information and preferences, and said he would be right back.

After a half hour passed with no one returning and or any other employee help, I then just got up to hand my information to another employee and leave. I was told he got caught up with another customer. He was sitting down at his desk helping them when I had an appointment set there and were already in the middle of our conversation.

I then explained to the other guy what I was looking for. To be honest, I just didn't feel that it was being taken seriously.

I am a younger guy and a motivated buyer for the right 4 Runner, however I just feel as though I was not taken seriously during my visit. Waiting for 30 minutes in the middle of your appointment with no communication from anyone so your sales associate can try and make another sale in what is believed to be a more serious buyer made me feel a bit disrespected.

I would still consider buying from here, as it looks like a decent place that delivers good service. However, I just want to be treated as a motivated buyer, as it was frustrating to not have felt that way in a place where you are making a large decision.

Young man checking me in for my scheduled apt mumbled, barely asked questions, walked way ahead. I wasn't sure if shoukd follow. Not friendly at all. My service manager was better. Especially when talking me my car was ready and he was putting me into my car to leave he was especially happy. Lol. All my settings had changed, had to reset all message receiving , lights etc. just not a fan of Toyota !
