Aces all around. Communication was great from the start and the plumber (Kevin) showed up exactly when they said he would. He was courteous and kind and explained everything in great detail. I had a clogged toilet and he was able to locate the problem and take care of it quickly. Since he did such a great job with the toilet, I had him do some work on the other one downstairs. The price was fair and he was up front about everything. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing & repair again.
