About Dr. Juliane Zenn MD : Therapy & Psychiatry

Dr. Zenn is a Board certified adult and adolescent psychiatrist with over 23 years experience in treating patients suffering from Eating Disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating), Mood Disorders (Depression, Bipolar Disorder), Anxiety Disorders (Panic, Social Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Phobias), Adjustment Disorders, Sleep Disorders, and Personality Disorders. Through a combination of individual psychotherapy and medication management, if necessary, she works with patients to improve the quality of their lives and realize their goals. She has been in solo private practice since 1991.

Dr. Zenn received her medical and psychiatric training at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She then went on to complete an eating disorders fellowship at Fair Oaks Hospital in Summit, NJ in 1988. While there, she worked on both the inpatient eating disorders unit and in the outpatient department, where she learned extensive psychopharmacological treatment of not only eating disorder patients, but also patients with mood disorders and anxiety disorders, including major depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder.
