We asked for a quote on redoing our smallish two car garage. The owner talked with us about the project, and came to our house a couple of times to have in-person discussions. The quote came in over our expectations, and we decided to do the garage in wallboard, rather than slatwall. His e-mail reply was "Wow, after all the work I put in for your benefit, I'm shocked! No words can express my dissatisfaction with you and your wife!"Report
