Bob and the rest of the staff were very patient and helpful! I am very happy with my new Impreza. I have shopped at this dealership a few times over the years and the customer service is always consistently great.

Great service, always doing their best to help whether buying a car or servicing.

All the sales people have been really helpful with no pressure, but Chris and Bob have always been there to help answer questions and manage the process for us even after sale.

Went back to this dealership as our lease was up on my current Subaru and we had a great experience 3 years ago. I wish I could say the same about my recent experience. The salesman Eric was not helpful. He was rude and offensive. He was actually raising his voice after making us multiple ridiculous offers that we wouldn't accept. No respect for customers what so ever. Don't expect this dealership to honor any promos they have advertised online. I understand the promos will vary based on the model and availability but this is a complete bait and switch. They tried to take full advantage. I've lost all trust and respect for this place and will take my business elsewhere.

Hi Maria, The problem is that the car that we have coming in is a premium model and the national ad is based on a base model. There is thousands of dollars of difference in price. In addition your current lease has a bad accident reported on the car fax and damage so there is no equity in your lease for us to use toward a new car. If you are willing to wait for a base model, we can definitely keep you at your present payment of $290. We are not trying to take advantage of you and we hate to lose any customers. On behalf of Subaru of America and Subaru of Morristown I apologize that there are not enough cars on our lot or inbound to find a car that works within your budget. What a pleasure it was to take my car for service to Subaru of Morristown recently. They efficiently diagnosed current problems and corrected mistakes made by other service repair locations. I commend Victoria, the service consultant who was extremely helpful, and the mechanics who worked on my car. Everything was thoroughly explained with an accurate price quote and a loaner car on relatively short notice. These people are top notch!

Victoria in the service department was terrific from the moment that I first called until the moment I came back to pick up my car after it had been serviced. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional, and she did a great job of explaining everything and keeping me updated on the status of my car. She's a real asset to the Subaru of Morristown team and helped to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.

I had a great experience buying my 2nd Subaru, this time from Bob Parkes at Subaru of Morristown. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and never put any pressure on me. He walked me through everything and always kept me informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Bob. He truly made this a very stress free experience for me. Absolutely love my new Crosstrek :)
