Pine Belt Subaru

Took advantage of my elderly parents and screwed them on their trade-ins by at least $12,000.

We needed a car fast and we found what we wanted at this dealership, which was within driving distance - 90 minutes away. We emailed in and got responses immediately. Alexis called. She guided us through the process quickly with courtesy and patience and as conveniently as possible she made it happen at a fair price. We were very fortunate to work with the staff. We ended up driving to get the car, and met great people who were helpful. We had a great day thanks to everybody there. Couldn't have been better. We feel like we chose the best car for us and got it quickly, fairly, and had fun. I said to Alexis, when is the last time you gave twenty thousand dollars to someone you don't know for something you haven't seen? It worked out beautifully. We love the car and just hope we got a good one!

We had such a wonderful, positive experience purchasing a Subaru through Alexis. We were in between two cars (a Forester and a GMC Terrain) and Alexis' thorough information and details about the safety features are what sold us. She made what is normally a stressful process, easy and seamless. We would, without a doubt, purchase another car from Alexis again!

Worse service and poor communication! If you have a problem with them they will just send anybody to talk to you and dont deal with it

Just a quick note of appreciation for Mark H. and Nick in the Service Department. Mark helped me with an issue I had with my vehicle in a compassionate manner. He patiently took the time to call Safe-guard to make sure they would cover most of the cost of the repair I needed. He kindly let me borrow a courtesy car too. When I returned to pick up my Subaru the next day, Nick helped me move all my belongings from the courtesy car to my vehicle. I cannot thank both of them enough for their assistance. I am sincerely grateful. Thanks, guys!

We purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Pint Belt Subaru. Alexis was our salesperson and she was fantastic to deal with. She made the deal seamless and delightful. She made buying a car fun, which is not an everyday experience. She is the main reason we walked away with a brand new Subaru. If you want to deal with a salesperson and dealership that are phenomenal I highly recommend going to Pine Belt Subaru and seeing Alexis.

I had a terrible experience. It seemed like they did everything possible NOT to sell me a vehicle. This surprised me because after my first visit they completely spammed the heck out of my email and phone number. Thank you for wasting my time and being totally unprofessional.

Alexis was the absolute best! It was the best experience I've ever had getting a car, she was patient, helpful, and just so so great. Truly made the experience wonderful.
