We are skilled in booking tee times, dining reservations, transportation requests, spa and salon appointments, sight-seeing tours, making floral arrangements, and answering your general questions. Located on the Mezzanine level, at the Bell Desk.
Business Center
For your convenience, the Eldorado features a business center located on the mezzanine level, near the Front Desk. Available services include copiers, computers with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet access, and faxing. Fees may apply.
Airport Shuttle
The Eldorado offers guests convenient daily airport shuttle service. Click here for a detailed shuttle pick-up / drop-off schedule. Upon your arrival at the Reno Tahoe International Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area and follow the signage directing you to the general airport shuttle area to board the Eldorado shuttle.
