I notified my partner, and he immediately knew who you were and where your place of business is located. He has delivered to you on several occasions. Your business is not out of our jurisdiction. We are Sophia's Pizza and Subs, we are a stand alone restaurant. We are not affiliated with all the other Sofia's Pizza & Subs; their restaurant is spelled different; different menu; different ingredients. "I WORK AT LVBLVD AND CIVIC CENTER. WE HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS SOPHIA'S NUMEROUS TIMES. TODAY WHEN I CALLED SEAN SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME THEY MAY HAVE DELIVERED IN THE PAST BUT WE WERE OUT OF THEIR JURISDICTION. THIS MAKES NO SENSE BEING THAT THE CANNERY IS MAYBE 10 MINS AWAY FROM US. IF THEY HAVE DELIVERED IN THE PAST WHAT IS THE PROBLEM TODAY? THIS IS VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. AND WE ARE VERY UPSET WITH THIS SOPHIA'S. HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO LOOK UP THE PHONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER SOPHIA'S PIZZA FOR US. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE AGAIN! THAT IS A LOT OF BUSINESS LOST BEING THAT WE ORDER FROM HERE AT LEAST 5 TIMES A MONTH. SO YOU CAN THANK SEAN AND THE MANAGER FOR THE LOST BUSINESS!! "
