"THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN KC The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because of the price and location...... Location was great, price was something completely different. We confirmed a reservation at this hotel on Wednesday April 7th for the price of $79 a night. When we arrived the front desk person claimed that our reservation was in their system, but the price was $129 a night. After some arguing that didn’t get us anywhere we decided to take the $129 room (it was getting late on Saturday night and we had places to be). About 5 minutes later, before we actually checked in the room, we pulled up an email from the hotel with the confirmation of the room and the price of $79. They still wouldnt honor the reservation that we had the confirmation for. Bad business. So we stayed because we had no other choice. Room was dirty, small, and stunk. Staff was dirty, small, and rude. Hotel itself was dirty, small, and stinky. The 1 thing that this hotel has going for them is their location, but that’s not enough to get me to stay EVER again. I would not wish it upon my worst enemy to have to stay at this dump. People in 3rd world countries live much better. After all this I tried to give the hotel the benefit of doubt, and contact them to try and make this right. The Owner/Manager said that when we were checking in and all of these problems happened we should have just left (we would still have been charged because we didn’t cancel outside of 24 hours). I explained to the Owner that I plan on writing negative reviews about his hotel on every single website that I could, and his response was that I was threatening him and that he would contact authorities. I laughed and told him this is America and everyone is entitled to their opinion, and he told me that negative reviews wont impact his business, and then he hung up. Do not stay at this hotel. Do not bring your children to this hotel. Do not make your worst enemy stay at this hotel. "

"This is the MOST horrible hotel I've ever stayed at! This rooms are small and dirty. This ironing board was broke. The guy at the front desk was a jerk. Free internet, only if his son would get off the computer so other people could use it. The place stinks and walls are thin. You hear everything little noise. Most of the outlets don't work. The door doesn't like to shut, you have to push hard just to close it. The screws on the lock on the door are loose and half of the are missing. Real secure? The breakfast in the morning is nasty. If this is the lease expensive hotel you can find, I would go with the next least expensive because this place is horrible! This place doesn't even deserve one star!"

"I work there and they never wash the confiders, most of the sheets that are folded touch the dirty laundry floor, the breakfast in the morning is terrible. i recommend to never eat it. most of the snacks are expired even the milk. they mix it with new milk or add water. they also keep milk in an open container in the refrigerator. i have also seen roaches in the laundry room where the food, sheets, and other hotels things are placed. They also have terrible customer service and a big discrimination against black. you can ask any ex employees or current they will tell you how bad these people run their hotel. to anyone reading this find a better hotel to stay or report these people"
