For the complete Wilbur's experience, we'll toast it on our greaseless panini grill. We offer pop and chips and a soup selection everyday. Planning a party or meeting? We would love to help you meet your catering needs - just call ahead for our catering offerings. Open Monday through Friday 7 am to 3 pm. We're located in the food court of the Alliance Bank Building , formerly the 5th Street Center. The Alliance Bank Building is surrounded by 5th and 6th Streets and Cedar and Minnesota.
