"This company has no sense of customer services. They are rude, aren't willing to go out of their way for your party. They will take you to the bars they find convenient and do not care if you are unhappy. They are not willing to make things right and the owner swears, name calls and is the rudest business owner I have ever come incontact with. "

"So I have already written a review on this site but clearly it has been deleted. This company is absolutely pathetic I cant even believe they are still in business. We rented this party bus over the weekend for my bachelorette party. Should we start at the beginning? Why not. First of all she shows up 30mins late. Did we get that discounted? Nope. We accepted the apology and moved on. Then we head downtown and she misses the bar entirely and drives us to BLOOMINGTON to a different bar. Wasted more of our time. Then we want to go to downtown since she already missed that in the first place. She misses exits AGAIN and then instead of just picking the next exit she drives ALL THE WAY BACK TO BLOOMINGTON. Ohmy, how can they be getting everything wrong? When we FINALLY get downtown she states that "buses can't drive downtown". That is an absolute lie. I have been on many party buses and they can certainly drop you off. Matter-a-fact we probably saw 10 of them when we were down there. So whatever, she parks the bus 4 blocks away. 30 ladies walking in heels, not happy but we ventured on. When we were ready to leave, we call to get picked up. The driver hung up on us TWICE and said that if we "didnt get back to the bus" she would "leave us". Unbelievable. We walk back to and guess what? SHE LOST THE KEYS! Please tell me how you lose the keys if you are not supposed to LEAVE THE BUS! She fought with several of my girls. We waited for over an hour before another bus showed up. SO then we call the owner to talk about what happened, he ALSO hung up on me. So the next day several girls and I tried to get in contact with him and we called over 50 times before he actually answered. He refused to give any money back. After an hour of conversation he said he would give a MEASLY amount of money back. Oh and we cleaned the bus SPOTLESS before we got off because we knew these scammers would try and keep the deposit. Sure enough, thats what he said he was going to do. When we said that "

"PHIL WAS GREAT!!!!!! First of all The only reason we got this bus is because they had a special on there WEB SIGHT that said $79 an hour, We talked to ALEX I am sure and we made the mistake of giving our credit card number before we even decided what bus we were getting and knowing all information.. we told him we will call him back so DON'T RUN THE CARD well what does he do.. next day $100 bucks is out.. He is impossible to get a hold of no customer service or courtesy!!!! The bus shows up and the driver says it is $714 so we call Alex and tell him about the special on the web sight and he said we booked before that special came out.. LIE! so he starts fighting with me, as he is yelling at me he is looking for when we booked and all our information and clearly couldn't find it!! . this is where the customer service comes in number 1. DO NOT FIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER.. as an owner you should really know that!! number 2. DO NOT TELL YOUR CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING FOR YOUR BUS TO SHUT THE FU#% UP!!!!!!! totally UN called for and I cant believe that would come out of an owners mouth REALLY!!? pull it together!! If I could I would have walked away and not even got on the bus but because he had our card he would run it for half!! BS!! well thanks for dropping it $100 even though it should have been more... I will not recommend you to anyone!!!!!!!!! NO ONE SHOULD GO WITH THEM!!!!!!!! BOOM!! "

"I rented the Cherry bus for my best friends bachelorette party and I thought it was going to be a great time. The first issue with this company happened when I received an email two weeks after made my reservation telling me that my payment didn't go through. They waited two weeks to let me know there was a supposed issue because they lost my phone number. When I called them to rebook the date there was already another party in my time slot. They said that I could have the bus later that night at a discount. I thought that this was the least that they could do so I took the offer. When the bus got to our pickup site it was not clean, there was trash left from the previous party, and the bathroom on the bus smelled like urine. When I told the driver that the bathroom needed attention and asked him if he could clean up he informed me that "We don't clean the bus until the end of the night." He grudgingly got up and sprayed the bathroom with air freshener and swept the floor. After he finished "cleaning" he informed me that he would like a gratuity at the end of the night and walked back to the front of the bus. He dropped us off at our first location and we were there for about 30 minuets. When I called him to pick us up he said that "we better be ready outside because he can't park on the street all night" this is basically what he said throughout the night. He treated every drop off and pick up like it was such an imposition. Overall, the customer service of the company was mediocre, the bus was dirty and smelled bad, and the driver was rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this business to anyone who wants to get their moneys worth."
