"I have been training at the Hwa Rang Do Minneapolis Academy for the past year and a half, and have found it to be the most comprehensive martial art training in the Twin Cities area. Hwa Rang Do, as a martial art, encompasses all aspects of training: kick-punch fighting, self defense, grappling, and weapons. It is also holistic in its approach at improving the individual as a whole and have a good sense of balance. The classes emphasize both physical and mental enhancement with killer workouts along with sides of meditaion sessions. As a woman, I love training at the school.
