"not once but twice was i stood up by the supposed general manager. i planned on booking our reception for 300 at warren valley based on previous weddings held there. the first time i understood she was busy seeing as she asked to have us come in during a wedding!?! the second attempt to meet both the fiance and i took the day off work for our scheduled 2pm appointment. upon arrival the general manager is not there. what makes it more troubling is the staff had no clue nor explanation as to when she would arrive. never before have i dealt with such an inept staff. "
