Last week we called and spoke to someone about our situation.. He requested $100 for consultation after he received the payment, he ask for paperwork. We sent over all paperwork and haven't heard back from the office since. Today we called and no answer! Hours later his wife called asking did someone call.. I explained to her the situation and she said oh well let me ask him and I'll get back with you.. Not Responsive!

I lived in Hong Kong for the past 20 years. I met my wife there and we have two boys. We decided to relocate to the USA with our children to have them go through school in the US system. In the grand scheme of things, the decision to relocate was made quickly (we decided and moved 2 months later). She had a US visa but immigrating on a toursit visa is a big NO NO. I contacted the Herman Legal Group and SO GLAD I DID. They explained what our options were. I can't imagine what would have fallen through the cracks if I had tried to do everything on my own while moving my family and dog halway around the world. They walked us through the process, helped get my wife an extension here to help the children adjust and fully repared her for the interview and what was required.

From deciding to relocate to getting her a green card took less that a year. All that I have heard from others that speed is a miracle. She was only away for acouple weeks for her interview and receipt of her green card. Now she has a full time job and looks forward to when she will get her U.S. citizenship.

Don't use anyone that tells you there are grey areas to immigrating. You get one shot at this and if it goes wrong you could spend years trying to fix it. Herman Legal Group does everything above the board and when you interview at the consulate, they'll know if your trying to fool them. Plus when you tell the truth it shows and goes so much better.

Save yourself and your family the headache and aggravation of sorting through hundreds of pages of forms and documents. Use Herman Legal Group and focus on your family.
