Working with Peter at Ability Morgage was great. He clearly explained the refinance process, available products and requirements, then found the rate and fee structure I wanted. Pete then handled all the paperwork and worked directly with the lender to make sure there were no problems. We closed on time with the product we wanted and no hassles or surprises. We worked with Pete at Ability recently during a home loan Re-Fi. His rates were extremely competitive and his service was second to none. All of the paprerwork was processed quickly and everything happened exactly when he sad it would. It was clear from the beginning that he has a lot of experience working with lenders as he was able to swiftly navigate through the necessary red-tape and get our re-fi locked and closed to take advantage of falling rates. Ability is a phenomenal brokerage and we will use them again without hesitation.
