Had some shipping issues during the bad hurricane this area had and they parked the car inside the show room for me to keep it safe. 40 days later finally got the car.

Excellent experience overall. I briefly worked with sales consultant Brady, and spent most of my time at Giles Subaru with Arthur. Both are fantastic sales reps and are extremely personable. Arthur went above and beyond for me, even answering phone calls and texts when he wasn't even at work. The business manager Lane made me feel confident and comfortable in the financing of my vehicle with no worries of any hidden or unnecessary expenses. I am extremely happy with my new Outback and I HIGHLY recommend paying Giles a visit for your next vehicle.

If you've never driven a Subaru take the Ascent out on a test drive - you will fall in love with this vehicle! Traded in a Buick Enclave and must admit it is a much nicer ride and the safety rating can't be beat. Great gas mileage for a 7 passenger vehicle! Ask for Arthur - he will give you excellent service!

My mother and I were looking for an SUV to replace her caddy. We found one on line @ Giles Subaru in Lafayette. We had a sales person Hunter help us go through a selection of cars and narrow down vehicles to just a few. He was so courteous and knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the car we went to see was too small and the other one was sold just that morning and the third one didn't have power seats. But as far as the dealership (giving a 100000 mile powertrain warranty with used vehicles purchased) and our salesman Hunter, it was hard not to want to do business with these people. If you are in the market for a vehicle make sure you check their website. You won't be disappointed.

Dealing with Giles Subaru is always pleasant and they always take care of our vehicle at or above our expectations. Having options for shuttle Or courtesy loaner is an added bonus. Then a free car wash is the icing on the cake!
