My total buying experience was wonderful! My salesperson was amazing, the dealership was super clean, and my car was ready and delivered when promised. I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had and I'm in love with my new car! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

ABSOTIVELY FABULOUS experience..cannot say anymore than that..the whole staff was accommodating to OUR needs; service dept took our 2010 Outback for service immediately after our arrival to pick up the 2022..2010 is still rolling well…Subaru of Baton Rouge is staffed with truly caring, knowledgeable people

Kerry Beary at Baton Rouge Subaru was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better sales rep. She was knowledgeable and always available. My whole experience at B.R. Subaru was wonderful.

Giving 1 star, but I wish I could go lower. The service department is a nightmare! Incompetent, rude, and impossible to get in touch with over the phone. After a wonderful decade of owning 2 Subarus I've made the painful decision to part ways with the brand for good - and all because I'd rather lay on a grenade than deal with Subaru of BR ever again.

Allison, you asked us to take parts off of a vehicle that was totaled and belonged to the insurance company. We cannot remove any parts without their consent. Our service director has spent considerable time trying to resolve your concerns. Hopefully, an insurance issue doesn't ruin your relationship with Subaru of Baton Rouge.

Kerry Beary is great! She is so super nice and knowledgeable! Kerry made my daughter, Olivia, and I feel so comfortable when buying my daughter's car, that I came back and bought one from her! Kerry is a wonderful asset to Subaru of Baton Rouge!

Keary Beary was the best car saleswoman I can imagine. She contacted me promply as I shopped online for a Subaru Ascent. Our conversation was friendly and informative. Later that day, "the planets aligned" and she received the perfect, previously owned vehicle as a trade-in. I arranged to come to Baton Rouge from New Iberia. She kept in touch, but offered no pressure. I felt like she was a new friend as she expertly showed me the car's features, and we went for a test ride. She shared her story of how she got to Louisiana from New York. She knows her Subaru product and gave me the best possible buying experience. I offer thanks to God for putting Keary Beary in my path to find a new car. I hope she sells a 'ton' of cars this year. The dealership is lucky to have her! By the way, this is Paula Foret, Jim's wife. This buying transaction was woman to woman!

The first time I have ever enjoyed the experience of buying a car was at Bryan Subaru of BR; thank you Clark! He was great with no pressure. I got knowledgeable answers to my questions and also to questions I did not know I had. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
