It took a little while to get them on the phone (They were apparently very busy), but when I finally decided to leave a voicemail, Ed called me back within 15 minutes. They picked my laptop up from my office late Thursday afternoon, repaired the broken dc jack, and delivered it to me at my home on Friday evening so I could get on line for a seminar on Saturday morning.
