Guy that explained everything did an extremely thorough job. A lot of years experience all the way around at this dealership..not at all pushy. Highly recommend

Scott Woolsey was my salesman who helped me find the right car. He listened to what I needed and found the perfect car for me! He is very professional, helpful and friendly and I felt he had my interests in mind. He was very helpful through the whole process and answered any and all questions with knowledge, patience and understanding. He made it a great experience.

Tyler Haines was our salesman. He was awesome, he walked us through every aspect of the car we were looking at. He came in on his day off to show us more about the car because it was also my only day off right before Thanksgiving. Because of his dedication we decided to purchase a 2019 Audi E-Tron. Drove 3 hours to pick up the Audi I wanted. Called ahead and worked with Nick in sales and he was beyond helpful. Price was fair and the car was better than I had hoped. Called the dealership and got informed that if they will find that my warranty repair issues is created by some other factor they will charge $175 fee for the estimate on warranty job. Great service ! I worked with Westmont Audi And Fletcher Jones before never heard of estimate fees on warranty jobs.

Worst leasing option that there is. I have leased multiple BMW in the past and never had situation like this. I had inspection done by Audi, returned the car to the dealer, received a receipt with zero balance from them. They said thank you , you do not have to pay anything. Now after 1 year and a half I receive a phone call form collection agency that I have to pay $350 for something. There was some kind of return fee that Audi dealer never told me, or gave me a bill. The worst part that they never send me a bill, they send to the collection agency. Now they act like I am a bad guy and that I did not pay. WORST EXPERIENCE EVRY and they can dammage your credit. STAY AWAY FROM LEASING AUDI!!!
