"A series of problems when using this place: 1. Operator said to take train, and Chicago location is across street - WRONG over 2 MILES away! Also they open at 9am on Sat, and didn't open until OVER 30 min late!!! Rep was RUDE!!! 2. Rep quoted a lower price than the reality- OVER $100 difference! 3. PAID over $350!!! For passport to be here in 5-7 days, adn would be notified: NEVER notified, NEVER verified address, and DID NOT receive till AFTER 7 days!!! Overall if looking for a quick passport in Chicago area GO ELSEWHERE!!!! There are BETTER places than this! "

"I used their services and was not impressed. Not only do they charge twice the amount it costs you to get a passport, their services are not guaranteed. We needed our passport with in 7 days, paid the $780 dollars for two passports (normally 330 for two) and did not recieve our passport in time for our flight. They hook and bait you by telling you that the service can be done in 24 - 48 hours. However, its really a 48 hours service and its not promissed. They tell you on a form that your asked to sign that they are held harmless/not accountable if the documwents are not recieved due to any delays. Guess, what, there were enough delays that we had to cancel our flight to France and Italy. Total cost of this blunder ~$4100 (780+2600 Tickets+and $400 Euro Rail, +300 flight cancellation). Yes."
