"I frequented this Dunkin Donuts on a daily basis. On the morning of 9/2, I was handed the wrong order. The next day I went in and mentioned that I had gotten a bagel instead of hashbrowns and the woman at the register lashed out on me saying "You took someone elses order. We had to remake it". I'm not sure if it works the same in every DD but I was handed the bag that I walked away with, I did not take anything. She told me that the cook said what it was and I took it "We tried to stop you but couldn't cause you were on the phone". The place is the size of a bedroom, can't understand why I wouldn't have heard them and I've never had this problem in the months I've visited the store. Still and all, I am a paying customer. I will never purchase food from there again and have informed my co-workers of the incident. I felt scorned in front of other customers because I was given an item that I did not order but paid for. I don't eat raisin bagels. "
