"Atrocious is right, wow, I felt like I was dealing with a sleazy used car salesman. Personally called me to submit a rental app, stating that I'd be a great tennant. 2 days later after I'd made time during my workday to hand deliver the app, I was told I was "outbid" by $50, and I needed to match that. Oblidged, only to get a call from a receptionist after 2 additional days of silence that they'd accepted anther app. for a higher bid without even giving an option. UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT USE."

"You people seem to forget this is a business. Pay your Visa, utility bills late and they also charge you a late fee. Grow up.. Pay your bills on time! Stop blamming others. I have leased from this company for 4 years and guess what I love them. Shut your trap and do the right thing. "These people need to be put out of business! We called them to let them know that we were going to be late on our rent. We were paying $1400 per month and we have to pay an extra $220.00 on top of that for a late fee. We NEVER missed a payment and NEVER been late! I asked them for one more day to get the money to them. They told me I would have to pay $750.00 extra on top of the late fee and rent. Needless to say we couldn't afford it. We begged and pleaded with them. They filed an eviction on us and our 5 children and now we are faced with being homeless. These people are heartless and they don't care!! Now our credit is ruined and we don't know how we are going to find another place to stay. RUNNN!!! Go the other way!!! Not only did they mess us up but the home owner too, because they wanted to be greedy. We paid $2800 for deposit plus first month rent to move in here. This was not worth it and now our life is turned upside down because of it. I wish more people would come forward about them. They need to be stopped."

"They say they dont receive payments, even if they are mailed. And they dont keep the envelopes so you can see the date. Total rip off company, go anywhere else, do not use them. Unprofessional and will do anything to get an extra dime. If you are unlucky enough to get stuck with them, make sure you take lots of pictures both when you move in and move out."

"Don't be late, not even ONE MINUTE, with rent, because there are no grace periods. Plus they only then accept cash/cert. check...plus 15% charge. They are cold, heartless employees even to those that pay rent on time. They are under new management, but it is still terrible. I will never, ever rent from, sell a house, or recommend this group again. I agree with the comments below mine that state they have terrible customer service, repair bills (as per the owner of our home), and want every bit of money they can squeeze out of you. I was not the only one in line paying my rent that has this problem. (Last day to pay rent is the first of the month...but if it is a Sunday...you cannot pay on Monday.) They promise to start on line payments...but that has been a yearlong promise. I think if they were to do this they wouldn't make as much money from all the late fees. Do not believe BBB's rating of an A-. "

"RUN while you still can!!! These people are one step above used car salesmen. They are Crooks!!! Noone is ever available over the phone or in person to assist you. They are disrespectful and don't appreciate your business. In hard economic times like these I could not believe the way they spoke to me and the sub par customer service I received.
