During your treatment, you will experience a
unique blend of movement, touch, and stillness…
long flowing strokes with deep muscular work
complimented by gentle rocking and stretching,
energy balancing, and passive joint movement,
all to create body awareness and energized
relaxation. You will receive an integration of many
modalities, both modern and ancient, Eastern
& Western, including Reflexology, Usui Reiki,
Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, and therapeutic
stretch & traction, as well as Swedish and/or
Deep Tissue, which will be the foundation of your
treatment unless you request otherwise.
