"I ordered an entertainment center from this location and was very happy to know they could deliver to my home in Miami. I told the manager that I would like a new one and not the floor model (it was $700 so I wanted one that did not have scuff marks and dents); he said that would be no problem and that it would take roughly a month to order a new one and deliver. I told him it was no problem and that I looked forward to getting the piece in 4 weeks. One week later the entertainment center arrived at my doorstep and it was presented as a new piece but it was obviously the floor model I had seen at the store (I remembered the scuffs and stains from it). When I called the store to talk to the manager his sales associate said he was busy and that he would call me back. 10 minutes later the same sales associate called and said that the piece delivered was indeed the floor model and that he was sorry but there was nothing they could do because this item could no longer be ordered. He then proceeded to tell me that I could return it but that I would have to pay for shipping and 30% restock fee. I found it extremely unprofessional that the manager would not even call himself and that they would not even offer a discount on a floor model. Very unprofessional and I will not purchase here again."
