"My laptop screen was cracked, so i brought it in to expleotech for replacement. The owner had to order the screen, because they didn't have it in stock. I needed the laptop for work the following days so he told me that i could take it home with me and that he would give me a call when it arrived. I paid a deposit and was on my way again. After 3 days it arrived and he called me up to bring in the laptop. I dropped it off and it was replaced in less than 30 minutes.
