Chilorio's Very Mexican is a fast-casual restaurant that is authentic and very healthy. We make the tortillas in front of customers, we make more than 10 fresh salsas everyday and we don't have fryers.
Our Burritos are grilled, our tacos are soft, we make the best Quesadillas and Enchiladas, we make the healthiest non-fried chips and non-fat beans. We have plenty of salads, including our signature Nopalitos Salad (cactus salad) which is very healthy. We have soups, shrimp skewers, aguas frescas, plenty of Mexican beer, Margaritas and much more!
