Disney world and the ZooReport
I have stayed at over 30 Ritz Hotels and am Amabasdoe member (100 nights a year) and this hotel is full of screaming kids I'm the pools, restaurants and running around barking dogs can be heard by the spa. If you want a relaxing vacation this is not it.
Companed to management and they just shrug their shoulders Not worth $1300 a night Go elsewhere
