The obby and bar area was nice. The room had ants, dirty and smelled.

The staff at this location goes beyond and above for their guest. Absolutely amazing service from the moment you check in; you could feel their gratitude and excitement they have for each guest that comes through that door.
The front desk staff was so professional and accommodating Miss Gabby, Flora, Tay, Jeanne, plus the maintenance guys Mr. Kenny & Jake all work together to keep this beautiful hotel in top notch conditions. Excellent team, fabulous river view, room service, nice amenities, good breakfast from the chef at the bistro, beautiful courtyard, awesome location
yet conveniently located to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean quiet hotel.

What happened to free breakfast

Clean and well kept hotel. Very family friendly and right off of the riverwalk

Check in Friday 22 Oct. As we went to use the iron, it failed to work properly. We went out Saturday morning and returned Saturday evening, to a room that did not receive any service. This apparently was a rule implemented however, not communicated very well. In short, why pay for a full meal and receive only half. Not fair regardless if a discount was implemented or not. Fact is, that a service was paid for and not provided.
