The Charles S. Carillo Insurance Agency, Inc. has been proudly serving the Windsor Locks, CT area for over fifty years!

Our Company was established in 1957 when Charles S. Carillo, after working for Metropolitan Insurance Company, decided to go into business for himself.

In 1971, Charles’ youngest son, David, entered the business as an associate and would go on to purchase the Charles S. Carillo Agency in 1977. In that time, David Carillo expanded the Agency to include additional insurance agents and support personnel.

In November of 2007, I purchased the Agency from David Carillo, my father, and successfully concluded the second intra-family transfer and solidified the third generation of Agency operation.

Currently, the Agency has over 5,000 clients; both personal and commercial. We understand that insurance can be cumbersome so we focus on educating our clients, providing superior service, and tailoring coverages to individual needs. Our goal is your satisfaction and we’ve been achieving our goal for 51 years.
