We follow a highly effective, proven exercise system that gets results. We also offer affordable rate plans to accommodate training several times per week in a small group setting.
What Kind of Workout Can I Expect?
Our trainers will lead your group of no more than 10 members through an intense full body workout in under 45 minutes. Our “Workout of the Day” is designed to get you results in the shortest amount of time possible. We use a variety of tools and training techniques to keep the workouts challenging and never boring. All you have to do is show up and be prepared to work hard.

Will I Be Able to Keep Up?
We want people who are willing to try hard and give 100%. Complainers and excuse makers need not apply. Before attending the class, each member is guided through three sessions we call the CrossFit Fundamentals. During the Fundamentals we will teach you the techniques and exercises necessary for the class.
During the class the trainer will take care of scaling the workout for each individual so that they can keep up and always get the most out of each workout.
Our groups are made up of varying degrees of fitness level, age and exercise history. Your progress will be measured by periodic standardized tests designed so you are always competing against yourself. All we ask is that you work as hard as YOU can.
