About Cafe Rio

We're up with the sun, squeezing limes and scooping out avocados, baking our fresh desserts and making our signature sauces and salad dressings by hand. We're not complaining, though. It's just what we do - kind of like hand rolling every tortilla from scratch, and buying only USDA Choice meats.

•Every tortilla is made from scratch, hand rolled, and cooked while you watch. We have yet to find any tortilla that comes close to our freshness and taste.
•Our restaurants have no freezers or microwaves; we use the highest quality ingredients available. All products are prepared fresh daily in our open view kitchens.
•Our sauces, salad dressings, salsas, and guacamole are prepared each day.
