My husband's stay was awesome. Customer service was far beyond what was expected. Excellent housekeeping. Great job ladies!!!! I want to send a huge thank you to Sindy Ortiz sales manager for being so helpful for sending my husband's wedding band, watch and the most priceless of all,a bracelet my 7 yr old daughter made him!!!Thank you to all that made this possible.

Love this place, they have a full kitchen with dishes, and amazing hot breakfast, the only thing that was bad was getting woken up on Thanksgiving day from someone being childish and pulling the fire alarm. I'm on oxygen the elevators wasn't working at the time and I thought I was going to kill over ?, on the tip floor BTW. I wish they had a hot tub , there bathtub shower wasn't clean a lot of.black shaved hair was all over the wall.

No airport shuttle, and parking charge. Only get ground floor as whole night included lead feet on floor above, no rest.

The rooms are nice , you have to pay 8 dollars for parking for each vehicle. The walls are very thin so obviously you can hear every door slam close. Other ppl talking in there rooms next to you which is aggravating . The internet on the TV would work for five minutes and wouldn't . Not trying to give bad review but moneys hard to come by to be wasted .
