"My husband and I had heard about this restaurant from some friends at church, so we finally decided to try them. Oh My God! The food was so delicious! And the garden patio is absolutely beuatiful with palm trees, green ferns and flowers. I had the BEST Heuvos Rancheros that I have ever eaten! My husband had a Belgian waffle with fresh strawberries and cream. To Die For! The staff was friendly and funny and we had the best time at a restaurant that we have had in a long time! This place has definitely made our all time top 5 restaurants in the area!!"

"The Plug Nickel catered my wedding that was held in my parents backyard. I must say they did an exceptional job for off-site catering. We had a buffet of Macadamia Crusted Mahi , Pork Loin with a Plum sauce and Grilled Citrus Chicken that was to die for. They even decorated the buffet and tables accented with red and black to fit the colors of my wedding. The staff was very professional in their service not to mention very polite! All of our guests complimented us on choosing The Plug Nickel to cater our wedding. "

Planning a meeting, they have a variety of locations to fit your needs, and if it is a social occasion, the garden patio is the largest private outdoor location in the area. Dining outdoors under a summer moon cannot be more romantic. The service is unobtrusive and the food delicious. It is the local gathering spot of the who’s who in town. I have seen every CEO from the local area there along with a scattering of celebrities who have found this hidden gem. If you have not been here, you are missing out!"

"This place is and will always be the best kept secret in the Los Angeles area. It's perfect for any occasion - Sunday brunch (eggs benedict, apple cider and lemon meringue are my personal favorites but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu), graduation parties or even weddings! The inside is decorated with a cozy feel and the patio is extremely charming and open. It's my "go to" restaurant when friends and family are in town."
