Eric has owned and operated The Parrish Publick House, a local pub on the west side of Santa Cruz for the past two years. In addition to a great menu featuring a wide and appealing variety of pub food. Erik features 90 different bottles of beers, ales and lagers and 6 varieties of tap beer. He is in the process of expanding the number of taps.
This pub has a maximum capacity of 110, and has table seating for approximately 40 people. It also features live music 2-3 nights per week and is open for lunch and dinner.
Local artists’ paintings are on display here at all times and Erik rotates the art so that everyone that wishes to have their art on display will have a chance to do so.
As Mondays are typically a slow night for many restaurants and pubs, Eric provides a complimentary dinner for all of his employees and any friends that wish to join in. The staff at the Parrish are happy, friendly and courteous, a tribute to the way in which Eric manages his pub.
