Coastal Sports and Wellness Medical Center is a 12,000 square foot sports medicine and fitness facility. Our sports medicine area included individual medical exam, chiropractic, physical therapy and sports massage rooms. We have on-site x-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasound to help diagnosis sports injuries.
