"The negative review above is a total lie. The pool has always been maintained & Mrs Pool has maintained it nicely for 2 years (we have many photos to prove it). The last three months the filter & motor had broken, we did not immediately have the over $1000 it cost to fix it, so Mrs. Pool Company was patient & came by EVERY WEEK to make sure the water did not become infested or dangerous. The sun turned the water green because of the warm weather but all levels were maintained until the filter was able to be replaced last week. Once the filter was replaced, the company had to do the NORMAL backwashing, but had to do it more than once to clear the debris. We live on a hill & every driveway is sloped to accommodate for running water, except this one neighbor whose driveway dips down & easily floods. It is my understanding that Mrs Pool offered to clean the driveway but this man wanted her to hire a service to do it. The health dept has verified the absence of any danger whatsoever and the pool is in repair. "

"Our next door neighbor had a pool that hadn't been maintained at all for over a year. The water was dark green. They hired this company to clean it and they drained the pool onto the sidewalk which ended up flooding my driveway with putrid dark green slime. I called the company and asked them to clean it because my kids play on the driveway. They hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE. NEVER USE THEM!"
