"Well, our washing machine wasn't working, and we were getting desperate, actually considering going to the laundromat to finally handle the dirty things piling up around the house. (I HATE being in laundromats even more than I hate being in church. There's always an aura of sadness in laundromats, like not having a working washing machine at home is the absolute least of everyone's troubles.) But we called and were able to get to get an appointment the FOLLOWING day! Yay! They gave us a window of 11-1, and showed up at 11:30. Double yay! The repairman, David, was courteous and friendly. He took the machine apart, tested it, and couldn't find the source of the leak--but now it's working. What the--? But THEN he tells us that he'll only charge us the price for the service call and if it gets buggy again within 30 days we should give them a call and they'll come back--without charging us again for the service call. That's what I call fair. Who does that anymore? Who? Tell me! All in all very happy with this company."
