"This is a very nice building with poor management. They will offer so much and not deliver on anything. There is not a dedicated concierge or bellman. The concierge is more like a receptionist for the leasing agents and building manager. The maintenance team is terrible. If you present them with an issue they will duck, dodge and flat out lie to you rather than deal with the problem and try to help you. There is no where near enough parking and the guest parking is almost non-existent. To wrap it up, the building is great but it is run worse than a college dorm!"
